  • Payments are determined by the size and duration of each project. Typically, a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion before final files are delivered.

    Retainer clients are billed monthly, with payment due at the start of each month to secure your design time.

  • Each project includes a set number of revisions to ensure perfection. Typically, 2–3 rounds of revisions are included (you’ll find what’s included outlined in you’re contract).

    * Additional revisions beyond what's outlined in your contract are always welcome and will be billed at an hourly rate.

  • Yes! Once your project is complete and the final payment is made, all approved deliverables will be packaged in an organised folder and are yours to keep.

    Please note: this includes final files only. Working files are not included, but in some cases can be purchased at an additional cost.

  • Your input is an essential part of the process! I’ll take the lead creatively, but you’ll be involved at key stages — from the initial briefing to concept feedback and final approvals. I’ll guide you through each step, making it a collaborative and streamlined experience.

  • Yes! Retainer packages are ideal for businesses looking for consistent, reliable creative support. You’ll receive priority access to my design time each month, and the benefit of working with someone who truly understands your brand.
